SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Partners & Timeframes
Partner Carriers: We cooperate with major international logistics companies, including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, offering door-to-door delivery services.
Processing Time: Orders typically take 1–2 business days to be processed and shipped; however, during holidays or for popular out-of-stock items, this may extend up to 10 business days.
Delivery Time: After shipment, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country/region. Note: All timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, holidays, or weather conditions.
2. Order & Shipping Details
Order Processing: Orders are processed immediately after payment verification. Once an order is placed, its information (including the address) cannot be changed. We ship only to the address provided in the order.
Split Shipment: If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to different supplier locations.
3. Duties & Taxes
Buyer’s Responsibility: Any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees incurred during international shipping are the sole responsibility of the recipient (the buyer). We are unable to control or predict these charges.
Refused Shipment: If a package is refused or returned due to duty-related issues, the buyer is responsible for all associated fees and return shipping costs.
4. Handling Problematic Shipments
Disclaimer: We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Resolution Process: If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, or if a package arrives damaged, please report the issue or file a claim directly with the corresponding carrier. In such cases, we will rely on the carrier’s tracking data and delivery confirmation to assist in the resolution.
5. Important Notes
Address Accuracy: Please double-check the shipping address carefully before placing an order. Due to our quick processing, we cannot intercept or modify an address once the order is shipped.
